Acceptable Use Policy

1. Intended use

UFit is a personal fashion tool. Use your own account and lawful inputs to organise clothing, explore outfits and generate personal previews.

2. Personal images and dignity

Personal-photo features may be used only with your own ordinarily clothed image. Do not submit a child's image or another person's personal photo, including a public figure or someone whose photo is available online. Do not create or request intimate, sexualised, humiliating or deceptive depictions of a person. Do not remove clothing, simulate nudity, conduct face substitution, impersonate or falsely imply endorsement.

Garment-only references are allowed if you have the necessary rights. Remove unnecessary bystanders, identifying documents and private background details before submission. Do not use UFit for surveillance, identity recognition or analysis of a stranger's protected traits.

3. Harmful or unlawful conduct

Do not upload, request or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, discriminatory abuse, exploitation, fraud or content facilitating serious harm. Do not use body/appearance features to shame someone, assign human worth, encourage eating disorders or promote self-harm. This rule does not prohibit ordinary discussion of clothing comfort, accessibility or personal preferences.

Do not use generated results as medical, identity, legal or forensic evidence. Do not misrepresent an AI preview as proof of actual product fit, a real photograph or an endorsement. Clearly identify synthetic images when required or needed to prevent deception.

4. Rights and commercial conduct

Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or design rights. Public product images retain their owners' rights. Do not sell access, run unauthorised commercial generation, harvest personal information, send referral spam or manipulate rewards with fake accounts. Good-faith criticism, ordinary product comparison and honest reviews are not prohibited.

5. Service integrity

Do not deploy malware, steal credentials, attack other accounts, bypass age/consent/payment controls, fabricate receipts, exploit duplicate billing events or defeat safety filters. Unauthorised automated bulk requests and deliberate overload are prohibited. Restrictions do not override mandatory legal rights or permission granted in writing for an agreed research activity.

Report a vulnerability privately to support@ufit-ai.us with a description and minimal redacted evidence. Stop if an investigation exposes someone else's information. Do not download additional private content to demonstrate impact. This reporting invitation is not blanket authorisation to test third-party providers or production customer accounts.

6. Enforcement and review

We may reject a request, restrict a feature, remove content or suspend access where necessary and proportionate. The response depends on severity, recurrence, evidence and immediate risk. Where appropriate we explain the reason and allow correction or an appeal. Urgent safety or legal requirements may require action without advance notice.

Appeal to support@ufit-ai.us. We review credible evidence, correct mistakes and provide legally required remedies. A report does not automatically prove a violation. Good-faith privacy requests, complaints and lawful payment disputes are not abuse.
