Referral Terms

1. Eligibility and the offer

Participants must be eligible UFit users. The applicable offer must state eligible countries/accounts, how a code is applied, the qualifying event, reward quantity, timing, caps and any promotional expiry. The current offer: when a friend signs up with your invite code and starts their first paid UFit Plus subscription — not at sign-up, and not during the free week — you get 10 bonus images and they get 5. A trial that never converts to a paid period pays nobody. These bonus images are added to the same image balance used for try-on and wardrobe product-shot images, are spent only after your plan's monthly included images are used up, and never expire. There is no limit on how many friends you can refer, but each new paying account earns only one reward — a friend cannot trigger the reward twice. Rewards obtained through abuse, including fake accounts or self-referral, are forfeited and may be reversed. If the referred subscription is later refunded, the bonus images granted for that referral are reversed.

2. Qualifying activity

Use the code in the manner shown during the offer. A trial start, app installation or unverified account does not necessarily qualify. An inviter's reward may depend on a completed qualifying payment and validation of the referral. Each qualifying event receives no more than the reward promised for it.

UFit should explain any delay for payment verification. If a valid reward is missing, contact support@ufit-ai.us with your own account/code and the approximate event date. Do not send another person's purchase receipt or private account details without authority.

3. Sharing and disclosures

Share invitations voluntarily with people who want them. Do not spam, harvest contacts, impersonate UFit, buy fake accounts or promote the offer with misleading claims. When a recommendation could earn you a reward, clearly say so, for example: “I may receive UFit image credits if you subscribe using my code.”

We do not contact your address book or send invitations simply because you generate a code. Any separate campaign or ambassador arrangement requires its own terms and lawful communications process.

4. Balances and changes

Rewards are promotional benefits, not cash, wages or investments. They cannot be sold or transferred except as the offer allows. Redemption restrictions must be disclosed when the reward is offered. If they share a balance with non-expiring purchased credits, UFit must not apply a promotional expiry to that mixed balance without distinguishing purchased value.

We may change or stop future offers with appropriate notice, while honouring rewards already validly earned. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through substantiated fraud or a reversed qualifying purchase where the offer and law permit. We explain material adjustments and offer review; unrelated purchased credits cannot be confiscated arbitrarily.

5. Disputes and privacy

Requests for review go to support@ufit-ai.us. Referral records can identify relationships between accounts and are covered by the Privacy Policy. Deleting a user identifier from the main account table does not necessarily delete an identifier embedded in a referral-event key. Operator: Vision Studio.
